Horní Paseka is a municipality and village in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 70 inhabitants. Horní Paseka lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) west of Havlíčkův Brod, 35 km (22 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 80 km (50 mi) south-east of Prague.
