Jeffrey Todd Jablon[2] (born 1964)[3] is a United States Navy vice admiral and submarine warfare officer who has served as deputy chief of naval operations for installations and logistics since December 2023. He most recently served as Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet from April 29, 2021 to June 15, 2023. He previously served as director of military personnel plans and policy of the United States Navy.[4][5] Raised in Frostburg, Maryland, Jablon graduated from Virginia Tech in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He later earned an M.B.A. degree from James Madison University.[4] In September 2023, Jablon was nominated for promotion to vice admiral with assignment as deputy chief of naval operations for installations and logistics.[6][7]
