Korouhev is a municipality and village in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 800 inhabitants. Korouhev lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-west of Svitavy, 54 km (34 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 140 km (87 mi) east of Prague.
