Kratušín is a municipality and village in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 50 inhabitants. Kratušín lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) west of Prachatice, 41 km (25 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 125 km (78 mi) south of Prague.
