Mele (Ligurian: Mê) is a Comune (Municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 21 kilometres (13 mi) west of Genoa, and historically famous for the production of paper. Mele borders the following municipalities: Genoa, Masone.
