Mycolicibacter kumamotonensis (formerly Mycobacterium kumamotonense) is a species of bacteria.[1]
Etymology: kumamotonensis, pertaining to Kumamoto Prefecture in Japan, where the type strain was isolated.

- First isolated in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan from a clinical specimen.[1]
