Nová Ves is a municipality and village in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 800 inhabitants. Nová Ves lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) south-west of Brno and 174 km (108 mi) south-east of Prague.
