Ordabasy (Kazakh: Ордабасы ауданы, Ordabasy audany) is a district of Turkistan Region in southern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Temirlan.[3] Population: 114,203 (2013 estimate);[2] 102,875 (2009 Census results);[4] 80,799 (1999 Census results).[4]

Geography

The Bogen Dam is located in the lower course of the Bogen River, in the central part of the district.[5][6]
