Orocrambus tritonellus is a moth in the family Crambidae.[1] It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1885.[2] This species is endemic to New Zealand,[3] where it has been recorded in the central and eastern parts of the South Island.[4] This species prefers habitat that consists of subalpine and alpine areas.[4] The wingspan is 18–23 mm. Adults have been recorded on wing from late September to mid-February.[4]
