Theo Germaine is an American actor, best known for playing James Sullivan on the Netflix television series The Politician.[2][3]
Career
One of their most recent films they starred in is a hybrid fiction-documentary Desire Lines (2024) about the "unwritten history of transmasculine sexuality"[4] that was part of the 2024 Sundance Film Festival.
Personal life
Germaine is originally from Illinois; they worked at a coffee shop in Chicago before temporarily relocating to Los Angeles, California for The Politician.[2] Germaine is transexual and non-binary and uses they/them and he/him pronouns.[2][3] Germaine medically and socially transitioned as a teen.[5]
