Tuvalu participated in the 2023 Pacific Games in Honiara, Solomon Islands from 19 November to 2 December 2023. Tuvalu made its first appearance at the 1979 South Pacific Games held in Suva, Fiji. In the 2023 Pacific Games, team members won silver medals:
