The first edition of UTS took place between June 26 and July 5, 2020. In the first edition, 10 players competed in a round robin format, with the top 4 players advancing to the playoffs. "The Hammer" Matteo Berrettini won the event, defeating "The Greek God" Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final 16–15, 15–12, 12–14, 8–15, 3–2.
