Visa requirements for Moldovan citizens are administrative entry restrictions imposed on citizens of Moldova by the authorities of other states. As of 2024, Moldovan citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 122 countries and territories, ranking the Moldovan passport 44th in the world according to the Henley Passport Index. On 28 April 2014 Moldovan citizens were granted visa-free entry to 29 Schengen Area countries as well as Cyprus, countries that are applying the Schengen policy and also Monaco, San Marino, Andorra and Vatican City, countries that have no immigration control. Visa waiver applies only to holders of biometric passports. Moldovan citizens in other countries also can benefit from the mobility rights arrangements within the Commonwealth of Independent States.
