The Women's Foil Individual A wheelchair fencing competition at the 2004 Summer Paralympics was held on 20 September at the Helliniko Fencing Hall.[1] The event was won by Yu Chui Yee, representing File:Flag of Hong Kong.svg Hong Kong.[2]
