Zhořec is a municipality and village in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants. Zhořec lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) west of Pelhřimov, 46 km (29 mi) west of Jihlava, and 78 km (48 mi) south-east of Prague.
