Žihle (German: Scheles) is a municipality and village in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,300 inhabitants. Žihle lies approximately 33 kilometres (21 mi) north of Plzeň and 76 km (47 mi) west of Prague.

Administrative parts

The villages of Hluboká, Kalec, Nový Dvůr, Odlezly and Přehořov are administrative parts of Žihle.
