Přehýšov is a municipality and village in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 600 inhabitants. Přehýšov lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) west of Plzeň and 102 km (63 mi) south-west of Prague.
