The men's 100 metre backstroke competition at the 2002 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships took place on August 25–26 at the Yokohama International Swimming Pool.[1][2] The last champion was Lenny Krayzelburg of US.[3] This race consisted of two lengths of the pool, all in backstroke.[4]
