The women's 200 metre freestyle competition at the 2002 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships took place on August 26–27 at the Yokohama International Swimming Pool.[1][2] The last champion was Susie O'Neill of Australia.[3] This race consisted of four lengths of the pool, all in freestyle.[4]
