The men's 200 metre individual medley competition at the 2006 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships took place on August 20 at the Saanich Commonwealth Place.[1][2][3] The last champion was Michael Phelps of US.[4] This race consisted of four lengths of the pool, one each in backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle swimming.[5]
