The 2015 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship Division I was a pair of international under-20 ice hockey tournaments organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation. In each of the two groups, six teams played a round-robin tournament; the first-placed team was promoted to a higher level, while the last-placed team was relegated to a lower level. Divisions I A and I B represent the second and third tier of the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. The winners of Division I A, Belarus, were promoted to the 2016 Top Division and the winners of Division I B, Kazakhstan, were promoted to the 2016 Division I A.
